About PHOTO CAFE'


PHOTO CAFÉ is an informal discussion and meeting place, an event that invites speakers and participants to discuss ideas, debate topics around contemporary photography issues and network with others.  

The event is for photographers, artists with a photographic practice and students and general public with an interest in the subject. PHOTO CAFÉ will feature a breadth of photographers and artists talking about their work, ideas, audiences and engagement.  


PHOTO CAFÉ takes place at Purecraft Bar. 
Located downstairs, the room has seating for 50 and capacity for up to 70 people.
Food and drink can be ordered from the dedicated bar. The room can only be accessed from the main bar stairs.

PHOTO CAFÉ is a new programme of informal photography and arts talks with time for Q&A and debate built in. With no prior knowledge needed, the events are a chance to socialise, relax and enjoy learning about contemporary photography practice and research.

Room opens at 6pm for 7pm start and finishes at 9pm.
This event is FREE.
